Aside from the sashimi, they included a few other light courses to refresh our palates. One of them looked like a dessert, but it was actually a steamed egg drop with a savory layer on top. Its light texture was the perfect balance to the other dishes we enjoyed. Next, we had a clear, light herbal broth that really cleansed our palates for the next course.
